Scrap baler

General Description:

A scrap baler system is provided as a safe and efficient scrap system, which is able to accumulate and wind up rolls of a minimum width of trim at high speeds and throw away to the scrap disposal.

• The mainframe body is made in carbon steel fabricated and it is anchor bolted to basement.
• Fix trims disposal with lateral walls, pop in pop out design, made in special non wear steel alloy.
• Idle press roll, made in hardened steel alloy assembled on tilting lever arms and operated by a hydraulic cylinder.
• Winding shaft made in hardened steel alloy with a trim threading slot design.
• Hydraulic bale extraction system operating on the shaft and gear box.
• A. C. baler drive motor.
